Team Plan · Scale Tier

Run the assessment with the whole team in the room

StratOS’s team plan is built for founders and operators who run their business with a lean crew — an owner, an operator or two, and a handful of key contributors — and want every seat on the assessment, every dimension on the dashboard, and every review meeting on the same page.

Self-evaluate whether the Scale tier fits before you buy: here’s what your team gets, what the consolidated reporting covers, and how onboarding actually runs.

What the team plan gives you

Four reasons the team plan earns its slot

Multi-seat access, a shared workspace, consolidated reporting, and priority support — the four capabilities layered on top of Growth that turn the assessment into a team operating habit.

Multi-seat access
Every owner, operator, and key contributor on the team gets a seat under one workspace. Roles distinguish owners (control the engagement), operators (run actions and submit assessments), and contributors (read-only access with dashboard visibility) — so the right people see the right depth.
Shared workspace
One shared workspace per company. Each seat’s assessment sits under the same roof — no parallel reports, no side-by-side spreadsheets — so the team can compare notes, comment on each other’s gaps, and keep the action tracker in a single place.
Consolidated reporting
The executive dashboard rolls every seat’s evaluation into one consolidated view. See the team-wide trendline, the per-dimension spread, and the gaps the group has in common — without scheduling five separate review meetings.
Priority support
Scale subscribers skip the support queue. Same-business-day replies from the strategist on the engagement, with priority handling for onboarding, seat adjustments, and team-wide review scheduling.
Executive reporting scope

What the consolidated dashboard actually shows

The rolled-up KPIs are the same five dimensions you score on a single assessment — aggregation, not reinvention. The dashboard refreshes after every completed evaluation and weights each seat by role so the consolidated view reflects who actually drives the business.

KPIs that roll up across the team

The same five-dimension 0–100 score each individual seat produces, aggregated with role weighting so owners and operators carry more weight than contributors.

  • Overall 0–100 scoreA weighted team average across the five dimensions, with the contribution of each seat shown alongside.
  • Per-dimension breakdownsStrategy, operations, finance, market, and team — the same dimensions scored on each individual assessment, rolled up for the group.
  • Aggregated top gapsThe two highest-impact gaps per seat, de-duplicated and ranked across the team. See which improvements would move the most needles at once.
  • Action-tracker velocityHow many owner-assigned actions are open, in-progress, and closed across the workspace, and how fast they are moving quarter over quarter.
How the dashboard aggregates

Every completed evaluation pushes fresh data into the roll-up — no manual refreshes, no exports.

Each seat has its own per-member view: their 0–100 score, their dimension breakdowns, and their action tracker. The aggregate view sits above it — weighted by seat role (owner > operator > contributor) so the consolidated headline number reflects where the actual operating decisions are made.

The dashboard refreshes after every completed evaluation and surfaces the spread — the dimensions where the team agrees on the score, and the ones where they disagree most. That is where the team-wide review starts.

Fresh aggregation runs on every submitted assessment — no manual bulk refresh.

Onboarding flow

From workspace invite to first team-wide review

Four steps, designed to land on a quarterly cadence and feed the dashboard from day one.

  1. Step 1

    Invite your team

You create the workspace on day one and assign seats by email. Pick the role for each invite (owner, operator, contributor), and we’ll send the invitations with workspace-scoped sign-in links.

  2. Step 2

    Connect assessments

Existing team members complete the 5-question Starter teaser first to seed the dashboard; new seats get a template invitation that drops them straight into the 15-question executive roadmap. Assessments feed the roll-up as soon as each seat completes one.

  3. Step 3

    Review the consolidated view

The executive dashboard shows the rolled-up KPIs and the per-member breakdowns — by dimension, by role, and by gap severity. Filter by seat, role, or completed evaluation to see how the team looks together and where the dispersion is widest.

  4. Step 4

    Schedule the first team-wide review

Land on a quarterly cadence. The Scale-track quarterly business review kicks off within 24 hours of purchase; we’ll align your first team-wide review with that calendar so the consolidated dashboard drives the conversation, not the other way around.
