A full strategy engagement. For $49, not $5,000.

A board-ready strategy plan for $49 — not the $5,000 a consultant charges.

The deliverable is the kind a strategy firm writes after a four-week engagement: an executive summary, a five-dimension scorecard, a SWOT, and a 90-day roadmap ranked by impact. You get it back in under 15 minutes.

What’s in the report

Everything you need to grow.

Six capabilities your report ships with — each grounded in your answers, not in a generic deck. The same structure a strategy firm delivers after a multi-week engagement.

Business Evaluation

Scores your business against five named dimensions — Strategy, Operations, Finance, Market, Team — with an overall that doesn’t paper over a weak area.

Strategic Roadmapping

Ranks 15+ recommended actions by impact × confidence and buckets them into Now / Next quarter / Later — the first column is the smallest set of moves that unlocks everything that follows.

Automation Advisory

Pinpoints the 3–5 tasks that can run themselves, with the operational payoff each one unlocks — not a list of tools for sale.

Market Analysis

Benchmarks your positioning against public market signals for your segment and surfaces the segments you haven’t been addressing.

Financial Modeling

Projects revenue, runway, and the trap lines (CAC payback, gross-to-cash conversion) so the cash story isn’t a guess.

Instant Delivery

Full evaluation → printable report in under 15 minutes. Run it again next quarter and compare the numbers side-by-side.

Scores and roadmaps are computed deterministically from your answers; the report narrative is drafted by a language model and reviewed for accuracy.

Below is a completed StratOS evaluation for a fictional landscaping business — Greene & Sons Lawnworks. Browse the executive summary, SWOT, growth priorities, and KPI readout side-by-side. The $49 you pay buys this; the only difference is your business name where theirs lives.

Sample report — Greene & Sons Lawnworks

Fictional · Illustrative · Not a real customer

Executive summary

Greene & Sons Lawnworks is a tight residential specialist with a reputation strong enough to print money — and a back office thin enough to lose it. The market position is a 78 / 100 niche play that the team has earned the old-fashioned way, but the cash and operations sides of the business have not kept up. Spring demand concentrates 45% of annual revenue into eight weeks, the owner is still the dispatcher, and several large contracts this past season ran quietly under margin because the crew cost was never snapshotted against the estimate. The path forward is unglamorous: write down the rules that currently live in the founder’s head, move daily routing off the owner’s phone, and price every quote to a margin target rather than a gut number. Done together inside one quarter, these moves unlock the demand the market has been generating and let the business accept the referrals it has been quietly turning away.

How the scores are produced

Plain-English scoring

No opaque model, no “AI magic” on the scoring. The numbers are auditable and the buckets are stable, so the same answers produce the same dimension scores every time.

  1. Step01

You answer a short set of focused business questions.

The Growth evaluation asks 15 questions across how you set strategy, run operations, manage money, position in the market, and lead the team. The Starter teaser asks a 5-question subset.

  2. Step02

Each answer is mapped to a score on a 0 to 100 scale.

Scale questions are normalized against their own range. Multiple-choice options carry pre-scored values (e.g. “we have a written plan” scores higher than “it’s in my head”). Free-text answers do not score — they feed the narrative layer.

  3. Step03

Scores are bucketed into five named dimensions.

Strategy, Operations, Finance, Market, and Team — the same five dimensions you see in the sample above. Per-question weights keep a Strategy-heavy question from drowning out a lighter Finance one.

  4. Step04

The overall score is the average of the five dimensions.

Equal weighting, deliberately. A perfect Strategy does not paper over a weak Finance, and a weak Operation does not collapse a strong Market — the overall reads what the whole business looks like.

  5. Step05

Recommendations are bucketed into Now / Next quarter / Later.

We rank each action by impact × confidence and bucket the result, so the small moves that unlock the bigger ones land first. When the AI narration layer is unavailable, a deterministic fallback fills the report so you always get a usable answer.

Built for small business owners

What this is, and what it isn’t.

No cherry-picked customer logos, no borrowed quotes — just the framing the report uses, drawn from how the evaluation is actually built.

  • Framework

Five named dimensions — Strategy, Operations, Finance, Market, Team — each scored on a 0–100 scale.

  • Speed

Full report lands in under 15 minutes, with the same shape as the sample on this page.

  • Method

Scores are deterministic — the same answers produce the same dimension scores every run.

  • Audience

Written for the operator running the business, not for a consulting deck.

Real customer results aren’t published yet — this band is here in place of a case-study row until the first quotes ship.
